About Aero-AIM

Locally owned, veteran-owned, and built to provide practical aerial mapping and geospatial information products for Alaska projects.

A Family Business Built for Alaska

Aero-AIM is owned by Arvo and Same Lancaster and based in Fairbanks, Alaska. The company was created as a practical resource for project teams that need better information about sites, infrastructure, conditions, and change.

Experience Behind the Work

Arvo Lancaster brings more than 21 years of imagery analysis experience from his service as an Air Force Target Intelligence Specialist. That background shapes Aero-AIM's focus on interpretation, measurement, documentation, and decision support.

Built on Service - Driven by Precision

Aero-AIM believes deliverables should be practical, defensible, and matched to the client's actual need. Accuracy matters, and so does honesty about what a workflow can truly support.

Why Aero-AIM Exists

Modern aerial mapping workflows can document conditions, measure change, support planning, and improve communication. Aero-AIM exists to help clients turn imagery and geospatial data into information they can use.
