Sample deliverables are provided in industry-standard formats. Some files may open in a basic viewer, but compatible GIS, CAD, mapping, point cloud, or 3D software may be required to access their full capabilities.
Orthophoto
What it is: A georeferenced aerial map created from overlapping imagery.
What it does: Supports site measurements, documentation, planning, and comparison over time.
Why it matters: Provides a measurable site record rather than just a photograph.
Important: Most computers will open this GeoTIFF as a standard image. To access measurement, coordinate, and mapping capabilities, open it in GIS software such as QGIS, ArcGIS, Global Mapper, or Civil 3D.

Orthoreport
What it is: A processing and quality-control report generated with the mapping project.
What it does: Documents reconstruction statistics, GSD, accuracy metrics, and project quality indicators.
Why it matters: Helps technical clients review data quality, accuracy, and processing confidence.
Software examples: Standard PDF viewer.

3D Model
What it is: A textured three-dimensional site model produced from aerial imagery.
What it does: Supports visualization, communication, and review of site layout, terrain relationships, structures, and surface features.
Why it matters: Helps teams understand spatial relationships that may be difficult to communicate with flat imagery alone.
Important: This GLB file must be opened in a compatible 3D viewing application. Recommended software includes Microsoft 3D Viewer, Blender, and other compatible 3D applications.

Point Cloud
What it is: A dense collection of 3D points representing the reconstructed site.
What it does: Supports advanced measurement workflows, surface modeling, engineering review, and volumetric analysis.
Why it matters: Gives technical users access to the underlying 3D measurement data for advanced workflows.
Important: This LAZ file must be opened in a compatible point cloud viewer. Recommended software includes CloudCompare, Global Mapper, Civil 3D, and other compatible applications.

Property / Site Overview PDF
What it is: A presentation-ready map product showing current site conditions.
What it does: Provides an easy-to-review visual record for reports, meetings, and project documentation.
Why it matters: Communicates current conditions in a simple format that can be shared with project stakeholders.
Software examples: Standard PDF viewer.

Property Boundary & Plat Information
What it is: A map product combining orthophoto imagery with interpreted boundary or project limits, plus supporting reference plat information.
What it does: Helps compare recorded property information against current site conditions.
Why it matters: Supports planning, documentation, project coordination, and site understanding.
Important: The boundary overlay is an Aero-AIM work product created from aerial imagery and reference information. The reference plat is provided as supporting documentation for comparison and context.
Additional Deliverables in Development
Future project examples will include volume reports, surface models, terrain models, cut/fill analysis, construction progress documentation, and other project-specific products as suitable demonstration data becomes available.
